    Stain Glass Inn offers the following Returns Policy:

    If an item you order does not meet your expectations, Contact Stain Glass Inn with in 7 days from the date the item was received by email or by phone. Items must be return within a 30-day period.

    * All products must be returned in original condition, including original packaging with all documentation.

    * All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

    • If a package arrives damaged, you must hold onto the package and contact Stain Glass Inn immediately.

    Stain Glass Inn will notify the carrier and follow their procedures to claim damage insurance.

    Normally we ship UPS so damage is included in the shipping costs. It is your responsibility to hold onto any damaged items including all original packaging materials long enough to allow the carrier to inspect the package for damage. If the carrier issues a refund, you will be credited for the purchase. However, the carrier must approve and issue any refunds before a replacement or credit can be issued to you. They may or may not require a visual verification of damaged goods as per their policy.

    * All returns, other than damaged merchandise, the customer must pay to have the item shipped back to us. The cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable, will be credited back.

    * 15% restocking fee applies to all refunds that do not follow this procedure.

    *Please allow two billing cycles for the credit.

    Unauthorized Returns

    Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned to us because the address

    was invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus applicable shipping and handling fees.

    By placing an order with Stain Glass Inn, you as a customer have agreed to the terms and conditions

    of the sale as indicated on this web site. By placing an order with Stain Glass Inn, the customer has agreed to the total dollar amount of the sale and authorized Stain Glass Inn to collect payment via the payment method the customer specified.
